About ten years ago, we noticed that some folks were exclusively buying gluten free grains like brown rice, sorghum and quinoa. Soon after that, we learned all about the gluten free diet and how important it is to millions of people like you.
Over the years we have introduced a variety of measures to ensure purity in our line of gluten free products that have become industry standard. We inspect all farm deliveries, use dedicated gluten free production facilities and employ batch testing in our quality control laboratory. Knowing that we're providing safe and delicious gluten free foods that you and your family can trust makes it all worth the effort.

What you'll need:
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free pancake mix
Step 1 - Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
Step 2 - In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter or oil. Add pancake mix and whisk until smooth.
Step 3 - For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot skillet. Cook until the top is bubbly, about 3 minutes. Adjust the temperature as needed. Flip and cook 2 minutes more. Serve immediately or hold in a warm (200ºF) over until ready to serve.
Makes 8 pancakes.
Gluten free flour blend (sweet white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), sugar, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda, cornstarch), salt.

Bob's red mill products labeled gluten free are batch tested in our quality control laboratory. We use an elisa gluten assay test to confirm that a product is gluten free.
