Thank you for buying Lucy's cookies. As an M.D. and mother of a child with severe allergies, I know how difficult it can be to find high-quality snacks that taste great. That's why I built my own bakery to make treats for you. When we bake our Cinnamon Thins to crunchy perfection, delicious cinnamon fills the neighborhood air and smells divine. We have lots of friends around here! Many fans eat a whole box at a time. Beware!
All ingredients are from natural sources: Organic cane sugar*, Dr. Lucy's flour blend (gluten-free oat, garbanzo, potato starch, tapioca sorghum and fava flours), soy milk*, palm fruit oil, canola oil, olive oil, filtered water, flavoring and citric acid from NON-GMO corn, sunflower lecithin, cinnamon, non-dairy lactic acid, baking powder, baking soda, potassium bitartrate, salt, xanthan gum, calcium carbonate, annatto extract color, cellulose gum.
