- Place ingredients in narrow, tall microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for the minutes above, or until desired consistency.
- Add 4 Grain Plus Flax Cereal to water, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat, cover & simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until desired consistency.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with honey, fruit, milk, or seasoning of choice.
