Recipe for a 1.5 lb loaf of bread: Pre-mix 1 cup flour and 1 cup warm water with 1 packet Rize yeast. Stir and let rise for 30-45 minutes in a warm place. After pre-mix has risen, mix in 2 additional cups flour, 2 Tbsp. oil, 2 Tbsp Rapunzel whole cane sugar, 1-1/2 tsp. salt. Knead dough and let rise again for 1-2 hours. Knead dough again and form into loaf; drop into greased loaf pan. Let rise again until it doubles in bulk, about 1 hour. Bake at 350º for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown. Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes then remove from pan.
Organic active dry yeast (cultivated on organic grains.)
Nitrogen flushed pack.
Keep cool and dry.
