They cook well and quickly. They need oil so's not to stick together after you drain them. I'll buy again.

I loved these noodles. You wouldn't even know they were brown rice!

Thin, fast cooking noodles that are now whole grain..yay!! Great for a quick soup!

Great gluten-free substitute for linguini

I'd been using Annie Chun's white rice pad thai noodles as a gluten-free substitute for linguini until I stumbled across these brown rice noodles doing an internet search. They're great! Quick and easy (about 4 minutes) to cook, good texture, and about 4 times the fiber of the white rice version. Good in pad thai too, of course.
