I Love Sorghum Flour!

I need to eat gluten free, and sorghum flour is a staple in my recipes. I also am using the all purpose flour mix from the book Artisinal Gluten Free Cooking, and it includes sorghum flour in that mix. I like the flour because it is a healthier flour with good nutrients in it as opposed to some of the starchier gluten free flours.

I Love using this flour in my recipes. I've used it in combination with other's to make a mix for waffles, cake, biscuits, etc. I've always had good results with BRM products and highly recommend. This flour is sweet itself so no need for too much sugar!

I use this mixed with tapioca flour. Have only attempted a few recipes so am not sure yet how versatile in can be
