I ordered L-Theanine as recommemdation of the friend to make my sleep better. I can stay that I am a little bit less nervous person in general. I also can say that I manage to sleep a little bit longer than I used to and fall asleep right after I woke up in the middle of the nigt. However, I can't say that this worked miracles for me. I will try it for another month.

Price and quality are very good. I have taken as bedtime sleep aid a few times but feel groggy the next day. Not sure if theanine is causing it.

made me extremely tired , was taking in the mprning but will try again at night. very powerful, might need one half dose

Seems to really bring on a calming effect. If I've had a bit too much coffee it also tends to take that uncomfortable edgy feeling. Good product for what I expected of it. Terry Alan Wade

It does help with anxiety, but I couldn't sleep. It makes me a little nervous.
