Use for recipes where olive oil is too strong

This 85% oleic sunflower oil is used in recipes when the pungency of olive oil would disrupt or compete awkwardly with the other delicate flavors. This is every bit as good for your heart as extra virgen olive oil. For health, I wouldn't recommend it for frying.

I couldn't believe it when this product arrived in a cheap plastic bottle. If I wanted to put plasticizers in my food I could have done it much more cheaply. The title of this review is where that product is right now.

This low omega 6 oil is the best. I monitor my omega 3 status, and the omega 3:6 ratio has improved dramatically. So has my skin.
